COACHES

Our coaches are recruited for their distinguished careers and because they possess the skills and dispositions to meaningfully support their colleagues. All Coaches undergo training to optimize their work with the leaders they serve. We also use scientifically validated assessments to ensure we pair our leaders with someone who can complement their strengths and needs.

PRACTITIONERS

We work best with school and district leaders who want to have a positive impact on the communities they serve, are self-reflective, and have a growth mindset. We help practicing leaders of all stripes reach their fullest potential. And, we bring our entire organization together once per year for a retreat to ensure we work hand-in-glove, align expectations, monitor progress, and share our stories of success.
